Critical Care Networks & FU clinics
I-canuk has attempted to highlight all the ICU follow-up clinics currently active within the UK to either the critical care network to which they belong or to a particular geographical region. We have also highlighted the names of people that are registered to the i-canuk network alongside their hospital. It is the aim of i-canuk to have a named follow-up representative at each individual UK hospital that provides level 2-3 intensive care.
As this database is evolving, please feel free to contact us if any of the information provided is incorrect or if you have information that allows the database to be updated. Also, if you have registered to the network and are not currently credited to a hospital, but would like to act as a local follow-up representative, please contact us at i-canuk and highlight your affiliated hospital.
