Depression and Anxiety
HADSThis screening test for anxiety and depression is devised for hospitalized patients but has been used extensively for populations including ICU Follow-Up. Scores of 7-10 indicate a non-case of anxiety or depression, scores of 8-10 as possible and scores of 11 or greater, probable.

DASSDASS is a 42 item self reporting screen for anxiety and depression is similar to HADS but also includes an assessment for stress and tension.
